Application:
Methyl allyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether: This series of products is non-toxic, non irritating, has good water solubility, and will not hydrolyze or deteriorate. And it has good compatibility with multiple components. As the main raw material used in polycarboxylate based cement water reducers, the synthesized polycarboxylate high-efficiency water reducer has strong ability to maintain the dispersibility of cement particles, making the product have the characteristics of low dosage, high water reduction rate, good reinforcement effect, durability, non rusting of steel bars, and environmental friendliness. Can be applied to high-performance, high-strength (C60 or above) commercial concrete for on-site mixing and long-distance transportation.
Isopentenol polyoxyethylene ether:
1. This product has good water solubility, soluble in water and various organic solvents, and is an important raw material for the new generation of polycarboxylate superplasticizer.
2. This product uses highly active catalysts and special synthesis processes, with a narrow molecular weight distribution, low polyethylene glycol content, and high double bond retention rate. Greatly improving the activity of polymerization reaction, the product conversion rate is high, and the polycarboxylate water reducer synthesized with it has high effective content and excellent comprehensive performance.
